Orders affecting Greece

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and especially to the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form with courier service. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Specifically, the products are delivered to Attica within one (1) working day, to Thessaloniki, Patras and other major urban cities of Greece and to islands within two (2) – three (3) working days, with the exception of inaccessible areas where time Delivery can be up to five (5) working days. Our company cooperates with the courier company (courier) ACS and the shipping fee nationwide for each order regardless of the amount amounts to € 3.90.

For purchases with cash on delivery method, there is an extra cash on delivery cost of € 2.50 for each order regardless of the amount. All the above prices include VAT.

Our Company will make every effort to send you the products within the above working days while it is reserved for the cases of any shortages in products, so the shipping time will be different, for which you will be informed. We inform you that our company remains solely responsible for any damage or loss of your products until you (or third parties who will have authorized you) acquire physical ownership of the products. If at the specified delivery date you are not at the stated address to pick up the Products, our transport company ACS will try another two (2) times, in the next working days, to deliver your order. In case the shipment is not achieved then your order is automatically returned to us and is registered as Refusal. It is expressly agreed and with the exception of the general rule of liability that concerns us, you bear the responsibility for the loss or damage of the Products, and the Products are stored in accordance with the terms of the transport and at your own expense.

Parcel Loss – Parcel Receipt:

The parcels are delivered after the signature of the recipient. Every product that has been delivered must be checked and any reservations must be recorded in the delivery note of the transport company in case of partial or total damage. If you do not complain upon receipt of the parcel, this means that the parcel has been delivered in good condition and no subsequent requests or complaints will be accepted.

Payment methods

The Products, prices, shipping terms (place, time, etc.) are what are listed on the Order Confirmation. Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made by one of the following payment methods. You are asked to choose one of the following methods for each purchase, as there is no possibility of a combined payment method for the same order.

 

  1. Cash on Delivery Method:

Payment upon receipt of the order. When the employee of the courier company comes to your place to deliver your products to you, you pay in cash the value of your order. According to the current tax provisions for the payment of an amount over 500 Euros you can not use the method of cash on delivery, as payment in cash is not allowed, in which case you will have to choose another means of payment.

 

  1. Payment by credit-debit card or Paypal:

You can use Visa and MasterCard credit cards for your transactions. Your transactions in our online store are protected by top online security systems (RSA Encryption). In the (secure) order form fill in all the necessary fields (card number, expiration date, CCV). Stockhouse365.gr does not process your card details as the completion of the order, ie the repayment of the Products you have purchased from our online store, takes place in a banking environment. Fill in all the required fields (card number, expiration date, CCV) on the (secure) bank form. Your card number is not stored, so for every purchase in our store that you wish to pay by credit card, you will need to re-declare your card details. The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy of this website.

Whether it is a deposit in a physical store or a transfer via e-banking in the field “Reason to Beneficiary” place the relevant order number of Stockhouse365.gr. Your order will be on hold until the Bank confirms that the amount has been deposited. Usually the waiting time for receiving a confirmation is up to 2 working days. To facilitate the process, please send us a copy of the deposit along with the order number and your name to the email address info@stockhouse365.gr. Alternatively, you can send us the date, bank, and reason for deposit, along with the order number, your name and a phone number to the above email address. In case of no deposit within 2 working days, your order will be canceled. The payment method by deposit in a bank account is valid only for Greece. According to law 4177/2013 (Government Gazette A 173/2013) “THE CONSUMER DOES NOT HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO PAY IF HE DOES NOT RECEIVE THE LEGAL DOCUMENT (RECEIPT OR INVOICE)”.

Any transaction costs do not relate to our charges and are borne exclusively by the customer. To avoid additional charges, deposit the amount of money directly in one of the cooperating banks (Piraeus Bank).

Consumer rights

We remind you that this company, as a seller, must deliver the product you will order with its agreed properties and without real defects, otherwise you have the rights of articles 534 et seq. Of the Civil Code, including the right of correction or replacement of the defective product, your refund or your withdrawal from the Contract under the following terms. In case the reason for return is due to our fault, we undertake to bear the costs of returning the product to our headquarters.

 

Withdrawal 

i.  Conditions for exercising the right:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after you acquired, or a third of the carrier and designated by you acquired, the physical possession of the goods. In case you have ordered more than one product with one order and which are delivered separately, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal according to the above starts from the next day that you or any person you nominate us as responsible for receiving the products you (other than the carrier) acquire the physical possession of the last good. In any case, if the expiration of the deadline coincides with a weekend or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

 

ii.  Procedures for exercising the right:

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (eg letter) which you will send in one of the following ways:

  • by telephone with Customer Service department at +30 211-0127850 (local charge) or
  • by e-mail to the address info@stockhouse365.gr, in which case the company is obliged to send an electronic confirmation of receipt of a return statement as soon as it arrives.

 

iii.  Consumer obligations upon withdrawal – Consequences of withdrawal:

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you must send us your statement of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires in accordance with the provisions hereof. You expressly agree that your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have reached us on the next business day following the sending of the request for withdrawal to us in accordance with the provisions hereof.

You must return our products to the following address:

STEFAN – CLOTHES” with d.t. “Stockhouse365”, at the legal branch in Chalandri, Attica, Kolokotroni Street, number 16, PC 152 33, tel. 211-0127850, without unjustified delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day you told us that you are withdrawing from the contract. The deadline is considered to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 day period. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is by law your obligation to prove to us its timely exercise (the date on which the request for withdrawal was submitted to our company), in order for us to calculate in turn the legal deadlines arising from this and the law. We remind you that in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the products from the purchase of which you withdraw, you will bear. However, if you use the ACS transport company with which our Company cooperates, the return cost (for which we will inform you either by phone or by e-mail) you will not pay it to the above courier company directly, but will be deducted from your total amount that our company must return to you due to the withdrawal in accordance with the law and the terms hereof. In case you decide to use any other transport company or ELTA, to return the product from the market of which you are withdrawing, you pay directly to it the return cost that you will agree with the courier company in question. You must send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it. In particular, the returned products must not have been worn, ironed, washed or subjected to any other cleaning process, while the labels that accompany the products, as well as the cases, boxes or any other packaging in which they are placed, must be present, just as it was when you received them. In addition, you must send us, along with the product, the retail receipt. Otherwise the company reserves the right not to return the money.

 

iv.  Obligations of the Company:

Subject to the express terms herein, if you withdraw from any of your purchases in accordance with the provisions herein, we will refund all money received from you, excluding shipping, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days of the day we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund of your money, if the purchase of the product from which you withdraw was made by cash on delivery, is done by crediting your bank account which you will inform us when exercising the right of withdrawal, as by accepting these terms explicitly and unconditionally you declare that you consent to a different way of returning your money as a result of withdrawal. If the payment was made by debit / credit card or Paypal, your money will be refunded to your debited account.

In particular, in case of debit by credit / debit card, we will inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided under the agreement between you, without any relevant responsibility of the Company anymore. The company after this information does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract.

You have the right, and not the obligation, instead of refunding your money according to the above in case of withdrawal, to choose the credit of your money in the form of the electronic coupon provided by our company. In this case you will have to apply for the credit explicitly in your respective withdrawal communication. The electronic coupon can accumulate amounts, which can be used for purchases on the website the entire amount or part of an amount for an order. In case you do not declare when submitting the withdrawal request your desire to credit the amount corresponding to the value of the product from the purchase of which you withdraw according to the above, the amount will be returned to you in accordance with the provisions herein.

 

v.  Return of Products due to withdrawal:

We have the right to delay refunds until we receive back the products from the market from which you are returning to the same good condition in which you received them or until you provide proof that you have returned the products, whichever comes first. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to reduce the value of the products you return, which (reduction) occurs as a result of the management of these products by you, other than that which is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the products. It is clarified, however, that in order to get your money back in case of withdrawal or if you choose to make the credit / change, the product we received as a result of your withdrawal must be in excellent condition, received without damage and complete , in its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents (receipt, return form, distinctive product cards). The Company does NOT receive products that are returned upon your departure and which have dirt, damage, abrasions, creases and generally give us the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability. All products should be returned in good general condition and clean as delivered by the company. Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt, otherwise the Company does not receive them as you agree that the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.
