Product change – Order cancellation – Return policy
Change of order:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can modify it.
Contact the E-Shop Customer Service Department electronically by e-mail at info@stockhouse365.gr or by phone at 211-0127850, and one of our representatives will inform you about any change costs and the procedure to be followed.
Order cancellation
- Order cancellation by User:
You have the right to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After the expiration of the above time the cancellation cannot be accepted. You can cancel your order by calling us at 211-0127850 or via e-mail at info@stockhouse365.gr. The e-mail is considered to have been received by us for the purposes of this, the next working day from the date of sending, and we can cancel your order according to the above, only if the relevant message is received before sending to you the shipping confirmation of your products. Depending on the stage of your order, we will inform you about the options you have. However, if you cancel your order while the products have already been delivered to the courier, then you will be charged with the shipping costs (ie the costs of shipping the products to you and returning them to the company).
- Order cancellation by the company:
Except for the other cases mentioned herein, our company can cancel at any stage your order and / or the Sales Contract in the following cases:
- Due to a technical error, the Product you have ordered is not available and the system has not been informed in time for any reason.
- Due to a technical error, the value indicated on the Product, or its description is incorrect.
- Non-payment.
- Non-receipt of the Products in accordance with the terms hereof.
- The execution of the order is contrary to laws, rules and regulations.
- In cases of force majeure.
- In case the Product of the canceled order has been paid, Stockhouse365 will refund your money without undue delay.
Return Policy due to delivery error:
In all cases where you were delivered other than the ones sold, by type or quantity, you return the products for inspection and detection of error. In this case, the return costs as well as the relaunch costs to you are borne by our Company, as long as the return method described below is observed.
Return Policy due to defective products upon delivery:
The primary mission of our e-shop is to deliver the products you requested (ordered) in the right quality, quantity and time so that you are always completely happy with your cooperation with us. Therefore, if any of the above has not been observed, then contact us immediately by phone at 211-0127850 Monday – Friday 11:00 – 16:00 (excluding public holidays) or by e-mail at info@stockhouse365.gr , to let us know. We, based on the following rules but mainly based on your service, will take all necessary steps to remedy any problems that may have arisen with your order. In case you find that the product delivered to you has a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return it. The return of the products, which are considered defective upon delivery will be accepted within seven (7) calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all the original documents that accompanied the product (eg Retail Receipt, etc.) and complete packaging. If it is a defect found later after delivery and the packaging does not exist as well as if the product packaging was received by the distributors upon delivery of the item, the product packaging is not required. In these cases the following applies:
- The product is received and checked to determine the defect reported by the customer.
- Provided that they have been previously received and checked by the Company, it will be replaced with another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or at an additional price if you wish, otherwise in case you do not want a replacement, you will be refunded the original purchase money in the same way as your initial payment was made.
- In particular, in case of debit by credit / debit card, we will inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed to any transaction provided under the agreement between you, without any relevant responsibility of the Company anymore. Following this information, the Company does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract.
- Shipping costs both for the return of the products to the Company and for the resend to you of the replaced product are borne by us.
- In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to unilaterally offset all or part of its claim against the customer.
Return Policy (cases out of withdrawal):
In case of return of the products, a refund or replacement with another product of equal value can take place, depending on your wish and after consultation with us. The cost of returning the parcel to the company, as well as the shipping costs of the new one, are borne by the customer and not the company, except in the case where the return is due to our fault (eg product defect). In the event that for any reason you wish another way of return / shipping, you will bear the additional cost resulting from your own transfer in relation to the corresponding cost of ACS (as determined precisely after contacting the company).
Returns are accepted if the following conditions are met -cumulatively-:
- You contacted our store on the same day or the next working day, obligatorily by e-mail info@stockhouse365.gr, stating your name, order number, the products you wish to return, as well as the reason for the return, and you returned the products to us immediately within 14 working days. Alternatively, you can call at 211-0127850.
- The products are in the same condition in which you received them, ie without their special indications (cards) being cut, their packaging being damaged, etc.
- The products are accompanied by a photocopy of the retail receipt or delivery note, if an invoice has been issued.
- The product is accompanied by a note stating your name, the items you return (code, color, size) and the reason for return. Alternatively, you can request us to credit the amount of the value of the product you return, in order to use it in your future purchase. Especially if the return is due to a proven defect of the product, you can -in additionally and instead of the above options- ask us for a refund.
- You have received written return approval from Stockhouse365 on your e-mail.
If the above conditions are met, you can return the products to the following address, after your relevant consultation with the courier company ACS to the sole proprietorship: “MIKOV G. STEFAN – CLOTHES” and the distinctive title “Stockhouse365”, which maintains a legal branch in Hallandri Attikis, Kolokotroni street, number 16, 152 33, Greece, tel. 211-0127850. In case of return of the products, and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way in which their return will take place, your refund will be completed (except in cases of withdrawal) within fifteen (15) calendar days from date we will receive the products.
The refund of your money, if the purchase of the product from which you withdraw was made by cash on delivery, is done by credit of your bank account which you will inform us by phone, as by accepting these terms you expressly and unconditionally declare that you consent to different way to get your money back. If the payment was made by debit / credit card or PayPal, your money will be refunded to your debited account.
In particular, in case of debit by credit / debit card, we will inform the issuing Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed with any transaction provided under the agreement between you, without any relevant responsibility of the Company anymore. The company after this information does not bear any responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. After receiving the product, we will process your request immediately and we will inform you by e-mail about the way and time of processing it.
